What we collect
When you use our forms we collect the information you provide: name, email, country, and depending on the form, segment, color preference, quantity, WhatsApp number, company, investor type, ticket size, NDA request and your message. We also store the language you used and the time of submission.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to manage the waitlist, respond to inquiries, follow up partner and investor interest, and inform you about the launch. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Spam protection
To prevent abuse we store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address for up to 24 hours. We never store your raw IP address.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible). No personal data or cookies are used for analytics.
Processors and transfers
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses are used.
Retention
We keep submissions as long as needed for the purpose, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
